This wonderful Cabernet Franc Rosé from Bergdolt Reif & Nett presents itself in the glass with a bright raspberry red. It smells expressively of sweet cherries, raspberries and red currants. A floral hint of violets and some citrus freshness perfectly round off the bouquet of this creation by Christian Nett. In the mouth it has a strong structure with berry aromas and a light, unique taste of chili peppers. The wine shows a nice, sustained acidity and is an ideal accompaniment to tuna steak, Mediterranean lamb salmon and minced meat. Just perfect.
