The Montere Valpolicella Ripasso embodies a special calm and strength for a great and very lush red wine. In our opinion, one of our taste highlights . The gently vinified wine from Tinazzi "Ca de Rocchi" impresses with an intense and complex taste of red fruits (especially sour cherries, blackberries and dried fruits). In addition, the dry but still very juicy wine has balanced and well-integrated tannins. The special feature here is that the finished wine is placed over the Amarone skins again until a second fermentation occurs.
